Hello! Thank you very much for visiting my page. I look forward to serving as your president for 2011-2012. The year is well under way and we are having a fabulous year thus far. As your president, I hope to serve the membership in the best way possible, always putting their interests before anything else! I plan to do this by hopefully helping coordinate a great combination of educational seminars and fun events. As well as being available for any networking, questions or opportunities out there that a member may need. During this year, I hope to INSPIRE you all to ENGAGE yourself in NALS of Greater Seattle in order to ENHANCE your legal career and be able to better PROMOTE yourself in the legal profession! A little bit about me… I am the mother to two lovely little boys, Elijah and Caleb, 7 and 3 years old, respectively. Outside of that, I really enjoy jogging, reading and my number one most favorite past time… RELAXING! With two boys, time to relax is one of the most precious things EVER! Jennifer currentlyworks as a legal secretary at Lane Powell PC. She has worked in many areas of law, but Labor & Employment law has been her favorite and the most interesting of all.
Jennifer has been a member of NALS for approximately six years. She has served on the Board of Directors for NALS of Greater Seattle as secretary, President-Elect and currently President. She has also served on the Board of Director for NALS of Washington as Membership Director. She really enjoys serving on the Board as it allows her to be directly involved with a wonderful association and meet lots of new people. Jennifer has two beautiful boys, Elijah (5 years old) and Caleb (almost 2 years old). In her spare time she enjoys reading (even though she hasn’t had much time to do so lately), working out and outdoor activities such as camping and hiking. She also does a little jewelry making as well as crocheting. Jennifer L.
