Legal Practice Assistant - Litigation: Seattle Office
We are seeking an experienced practice assistant to work with a team of dynamic litigation attorneys and paralegals in our Seattle office.
Qualifications:
• Three or more years of experience preferred
• Excellent judgment and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent composition, grammar and proofreading skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Detail oriented with strong sense of organization and prioritization
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Team-oriented approach to work with good sense of humor

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and edit correspondence, memoranda, legal documents and court filings under strict deadlines
• Possess working knowledge of state and federal court rules

Probate Paralegal - Seattle Office
We are seeking a probate paralegal to work with our well-regarded trusts and estate planning practice in our Seattle office.
Qualifications:
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent composition, grammar and proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and initiative to continually improve technology skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple, long-term projects with proactive follow-through
• Responsible, flexible and reliable
• Prior experience in legal, financial or professional services setting and direct experience in probate and estate administration is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or experience in a complex administrative or project management role preferred
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of probate and trust administration, including preparing and filing estate and gift tax returns
• Prepare correspondence, real estate and corporate legal documents and court filings
• Work directly and communicate well with clients and clients’ advisors
• Organize and prioritize heavy caseload and deadlines
• Maintain organized electronic files in paperless office
