ANDREA MAXAND
Andrea Maxand has been a Legal Assistant/Paralegal since 2005. She joined NALS as a Student Member in 2007, and has been a Regular Member since 2008. She has a B.A. in English/Creative Writing from Western Washington University, and completed the University of Washington’s Paralegal Certificate Program in June of 2008. Andrea has worked as a paralegal in house at the Experience Music Project, and also as a litigation paralegal in more traditional law firm environments. Currently, Andrea works as a contract paralegal, including contract assignments at the Seattle firms of Preg O'Donnell & Gillett, PLLC, and Invicta Law Group, PLLC. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys playing the guitar and singing for her cat, for people, or for whoever will listen. This is her first position on the Board.
